Indeed stunning views. On a rainy day you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and right on the beach. It was easy to walk to Coligny center. The kitchen could have been better equipped. No cutting board, no kitchen knife. Would also have been nice to have at least two pods of coffee for the Keurig machine, at least for the first morning. No beach towels.

if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg but also far away enough from the hustle and bustle of a busy town, this is the right spot for you! Jake's Airbnb is located at the top of the mountain, far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful during both the night and at day while also being close enough (~15 minutes drive) to downtown that getting to see the sights and attractions isn't hard at all! one of our favorite things about Jake's place is the pool and jacuzzis. the pool isn't too deep (5ft) so my toddler was able to enjoy it, and it's still all she talks about even now that we are home. I personally like that it was an indoor pool and jacuzzi, so we were able to go when it opened and swim a while before heading out into town. Jake is a great host! we provided a list of popular attractions and restaurants for us to try, which helped immensely with deciding our itinerary for the weekend. relax, have fun, and enjoy! just like we did this weekend.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The space felt welcoming right away, and it was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Communication with the Jake was smooth and responsive from start to finish, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay! We’d happily return!

located perfectly to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Beautiful Views of the mountain range. Has Indoor pool and 2 hot tubs with locker rooms/ bathrooms. The living space was wonderful for my family of 6, very spacious, tv in every room and was able to save some money by cooking our own meals. Has Stove with pots and pans, dishwasher, big fridge and plates and utensils. We will definitely reach out to our host in the future for a place to stay in this area in the future.

Jake's place was perfect for our last minute stay in Savannah. The place is well furnished and in a great location. Not on a super busy main road AND parking, which is a luxury in Savannah. Jake was so nice about our last minute request for early check in and very helpful. And the bathroom is so cool! Thank you for a great stay, Jake!

We loved the walkability most of all. It’s in the listing but in case you miss it like me there *no washer or dryer in the unit*. Jake was responsive to one minor issue we had with the remotes and helped super quickly. We let him know about a few things that needed to be tuned up, just general wear and tear, and we anticipate his team will take care of it based on how responsive he was throughout our stay! We loved our stay and would gladly rent from Jake again at any of his sites!!!

Jake was amazing and reached out several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The home was perfect for us and only a few blocks from Forsyth park which was great. We walked to the downtown and loved it. I recommend booking this home anytime you need a place in Savannah.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, well-kept, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again.
